Wrapping Up Some Bank Work||Spending Quality time with Sisters || A Day Spend Well .

Today started with a urgent visit to the bank. After a quick breakfast I had to head to the bank because of issues with my name and documents as usual. Nothing ever seems to go smoothly for me. At the bank we had to wait for a while until it was our turn to go which took quite a bit of time.

After refilling alot of documents and providing additional details some issues were resolved. The staff member helped me address the problems with my name and information very smoothly and patiently. However returning home I was informed that there is still a problem with my biometrics. so i had to go back to the bank again tomorrow 😏

Spending Quality time with Sisters
Since today i have no internship task to do so i got some free time today , The moments I enjoy the most are the ones spent with my sisters. i have a small family it is just the three of us sisters. After quite a few days my married sister come to visit us and luckily this time it is during my semester break.

So I finally got some quality time to spend with her and my younger sister . Usually when she visits my university is in session and I do not get much time to spend with her .As she is here it is impossible for her not to cook something for us. My younger sister and I waiting for her to come home and visit us ❤️

I really miss the time before her marriage when whenever we craved something tasty we just ask her and she would happily create new and exciting dishes for us . Allah has blessed her with incredible cooking skills and we make the most of it every chance we get.😁

we suddenly had a craving for something delicious So, we asked her to make up something tasty. She took the leftover potato stuffing we had made for parathas and said, Let’s add some more spices to it and make sandwiches out of it.

Ingredients

I forgot to take a picture of the stuffing, so I asked her to share the recipe with me. Here are the ingredients:

• Boiled potatoes
• Roasted whole cumin (zeera) and coriander seeds (sabot dhaniya), then crushed them
• Chili flakes
• Salt
• Chopped coriander
• Soy sauce
• Vinegar
• Tikka marinated boiled chicken (optional)
• Mayonnaise
• A little bit of chili sauce

Process
Mash the potatoes and then mix in all the ingredients. Since we love experimenting we also added a bit of cheese. Next take some bread spread a small amount of butter on it for taste, and then add the stuffing. As it was late at night and we did not want to standing by the stove we chose the easy way and used a sandwich maker.

Wait until the sandwich maker light turns green, then serve the sandwiches. Enjoy them with sauce, ketchup, or anything you like.

We enjoyed this little treat with some light chit chat with our mother and the three of us. I feel that sisterhood is one of the best part of my life. We sit together gossiping late into the night, sharing our problems, laughter, jokes and everything in between. Spending quality time with them is always so fulfilling.
