Good day from this part of my country,

I, Samson BAMSON, with the username @sbamsoneu has come before the great @steemnation to submit an application, for the position of a “moderator” in your esteemed community.

I am a dedicated steemian and someone who enjoys creating content. I’ve been sailing in the sea of steemit since 2017 and so far the ship cruise has been fun not until 2020 when I had a ship wreck. I’d to go down with my ship as the captain!! But now, I’ve resurrected from the past, and so far, my one year journey on Steemit has been nothing short of amazing.

I’ve learned a lot since I returned, Whether it's creating high quality content, engaging through comments, or learning from various communities, I've enjoyed every moment of it. “Bots” are now replaced with moderators, we now have a system that encourages us to power up, we now have curators 1-9 and a whole lot of exciting features to make steem interesting.

I believe with the experience I’ve so far, I’m now ready to take the next step of becoming a “moderator” and I’ll do my best to achieving the goals of @steemnation

My journey so far, like I said earlier has been nothing short of amazing and I’ve been in the platform since 2017, took a break around 2020 due to offline engagement and returned around September 2023. This month actually made me 1 year since I came back and I’ve been a member of club5050. In fact, during my first 4 months, i powered up all I made from steem without cashing out and at that time, TRX was already disabled. That’s to show how committed I am to the steemit platform.

I plan to continue powering up to increase my steem power because that’s the only way I feel I can give back to the platform that made me by upvoting others because it will be a source of encouragement for newbies. Well, this is actually my first time applying as a moderator without any prior knowledge but I see this as a training ground to acquire more knowledge and to build my influence on Steemit.

I read the introduction post of @steemnation and in line with the vision of the community, I would do my best in directing new users on how to navigate on the platform and make sure they adhere to the guiding principles of the community in other to build a creative environment that have zero tolerance for plagiarism and free from A.I.

I would work to promote the community, letting people know what we stand for and Initiating several contest or engagement to keep the community lively all the time. Building a community that values originality, creativity and diversity isn’t a days job, so, I’ll be expecting the team of admin to ensure clear communication, collaboration, and resources for the growth of the community. With all this in place, I believe that together, we can make @steemnation, the pride of steemit.
