First day of 2025 || First day of gym

Hi everyone, How are you all?!!

I found this quote on the Gym's wall, I recently joined..to mention date 1st Jan, 2025. Earlier I used to do Yoga in park now since it's way too cold to perform it outside.. I decided to join Gym for the meantime. There was no body movement for around a Month.. I felt like my body lost it's flexibility and was not feeling well about it. It increases stress level if you suddenly stops doing Yoga. Just to cover up this void of yoga.. I am trying to fulfill it with gym.

First day at gym

As soon as I reached inside Gym, my eyes caught weighing scale.. I found.. I lost quite much of weight in these recent Months.

Checking weight

After exercising for almost 45-50 Minutes, I left the gym and reached back home and took bath. Afterwards I performed my daily pooja at home and left for Hanuman Mandir near by. Afterwards, I grabbed my breakfast. Post my breakfast, I watched a movie on TV with my mother. My Mother is fond of watching movies and listening to music.

Bajrang Bali

In evening, we had rasam and papad. My mother prepared Litti chokha for dinner. Litti Chokha is a traditional dish that originates from the state of Bihar in India. It's a popular delicacy in Bihar and is also enjoyed in parts of Uttar Pradesh and Jharkhand. I am not too fond of litti but just out of taste.. I had it. We enjoyed our meal. Later on, My father gathered some woods, sticks and kindling. Then lit the fire to it. We also roasted paneer and veggies in it to enjoy the new year Eve. It was definitely a perfect Evening. I hope you guys also enjoyed your new year in your ways.
