BILL OF RIGHTS
The 'Bill of Rights' are the first ten amendments to the U.S. Constitution. These ten amendments were ratified on December 15, 1791.
These are the foundation of INDIVIDUAL LIBERTY and LIMITED GOVERNMENT in the United States.
FREEDOM OF THE PRESS - BILL OF RIGHTS
The 1st Amendment states:
- Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
Following the FREEDOM OF RELIGION, the next is The FREEDOM OF SPEECH. (I do not currently have a silver round for Freedom of Speech.)
Similarly, one of the very FIRST FREEDOMS is The FREEDOM OF THE PRESS. The PRESS has the Freedom to print and inform the population. Congress shall make no law ... abridging ... the freedom of the press.
Whereas we have Freedom of Speech, and Whereas we have Freedom of the Press, and we have new technology to amplify our speech to the level of reaching the masses, we must be free to speak, and publish, and post WITHOUT any form of censorship.
