The right to privacy is found in the :

  • 1st(privacy of religion) amendment,
  • 3rd(privacy in home) amendment,
  • 4th(privacy without searches) amendment,
  • 5th(privacy against self-incrimination) amendment,
  • 9th(privacy is retained by the people) amendment, and
  • 14th(due process of law) amendment.
