You've discussed on a very serious issue but according to me parents not solve your problems most of the times even prevent your marriage from breaking.

I will agree on a point sometimes in laws or parents will affect your relationship but most of the time they are trying to solve your problems. I want to add that relationship disturbance between husband and wife will effect their childs the most. I have seen such cases where child become aggressive due to such environment at their home.
