I am not that much fond of them but burgers and sandwiches are easy and quick to make meals.so yeah, they’re must included in the meal plane.
I TOOK:
Dawn bun
100 g boneless chicken breast
50 g cucumber
40 g tomatoes
20 g lettuce leaves
13 g ketchup
9 g young’s mayo
&5ml of oil to fry the chicken along with some spices.

THE BURGER CONTAINS;
440 kcals
36 g proteins
38 g carbons
16 g fats
