Compaction factor test mashine

This is a machine used to check the workability of concrete work.Concrete workability refers to a feature of concrete that makes it feel comfortable without gaps during its mixing,Compaction , finishing,placing.For each job, the concrete workability is separate.Larger tasks usually require less workability. So a time machine has been used to check the workability of concrete work which I have shown you in this picture.The procedure is to mix the concrete well, add water to it, pour it into the top cylinder and open the page from the bottom.So when we open the presentation from the bottom, why does the concrete fall under its own weight and pass through the cylinder below. So in the bottom cylinder up to the volume of concrete we have done and the weight of the concrete is known.

Slump test for workability

Slump con test is used to determine the workability of concrete.It is made of iron and has a height of 30 cm and a diameter of 10 cm above it.And its diameter is 20 cm from the bottom .A clear iron or glass plate is placed under it and used to take readings frame.And one sixteen millimeters thick to suppress it used.Who filled the concrete to be salupted.To fill the cone, 7.5 cm thick, it was pressed 25 times with the help of rad.After completing and pressing the cone, the concrete complete on it was removed.The angle is then slowly lifted and the amount of seating under the concrete Would have been found out

compression test mashine

This machine called compression test machine is used to strenth concrete.For this test, the first concrete cylinders or cube made.The cylinder is kept in water for about 28 days after it is made.When it is kept in water for 28 days, it is taken out and kept outside for 24 hours.After 24 hours, these cylinders are tested by lifting them from the thrust cube and placing them in the machine.So what is the working method of this machine that has a small screen on top of which the rating of its compression test is displayed.We return to our sylinder slowly by placing the cuebes inside it, then the load on which these concrete blocks are broken is noted as reding.
