What is life?
Life is a roller coaster ride. You don't know what to expect when you get on this ride. You're driving along at a slow, steady pace when you suddenly encounter a steep hill. You're slowly grinding your way to the top of a mountain, struggling to reach the crest intact. You make it to the top after all of the clattering and grinding. You can see the horizon and everything that is beyond! WOW!
When you immediately fall into unconsciousness. Your heart is racing, and you can hardly catch your breath. You think to yourself, "Oh my God, it's over, I'm going to crash and die!" Much to your relief, things slow down a little after this gut-wrenching plummet.
Things slow to a halt, and there it is, approaching far too rapidly, the end of the journey. You consider all of the should haves and would haves. And you flee in all directions at the same moment. Looking for another spiritual, physical, or emotional ticket for another ride. You are desperate to get in line! You badly want to face the obstacles with a lion's heart and start all over again! ONLY ONE MORE RIDE!
As far as I can determine, each of us just gets one ride. So ride with your hands in the air, boldly. Face every obstacle with a lion's heart.

Hope :
Hope is the good sensation we experience when we foresee a brighter future, and it frequently helps us get through difficult circumstances. Despite the fact that it may be accompanied with dread or despair, hope motivates us to take action to create a better tomorrow by maintaining optimism and resilience.
Life is short, live it. Love is rare, grab it.
