While scrolling my phone's camera roll, I came across hundreds of pictures that I had completely forgotten about. Few weeks ago, when I was visiting my parents, I happened to visit a Flower Exhibition. It was just mind blowing and I excitedly took so many pictures to share here later.
So it happened like that... I was at my parents and we had some more guests over the weekend. We got to know about this exhibition in Comapny Bagh. One of my uncle told us that exhibition happens every year and is always worth watching. So we all immediately got ready and were there in half an hour.
The weather was very cold as it was raining slightly every now and then. The garden was crowded with so many families. We are one of them, the excited spectators.
We started exploring from one end of the garden. The flower arrangements were definitely superb. In between the arrangements, there were decorative setups of various types as well.
Some wooden logs were carved as to make a flower pot. They looked beautiful. Some plants had been grown in such a way that their trunks were turned into a beautiful zig zag or curvy pattern.
Then there were giant wheels with pumpkins and flowers placed in them. They were also giving a very classy vibe.
My mind was completely blown by seeing the variety of Cacti. There were rows and rows of every kind of Cactus you could think of. I have always been intrigued by the fine spikey arrangement of Cactus. I later checked on Internet that there are 132 kind of Cacti in the world. It seemed there were all 132 kinds present in the exhibition.
Another amazing setup that really caught my eye was the Pakistan Flag and Map made of flowers. I couldn't take picture of the full view. The angle wasn't in my favor. However, I managed to take some pictures of the monuments that were erected at the place of their respected cities.
There was Mazar-e-Quaid in place of Karachi, Minar-e-Pakistan in place of Lahore, Quaid Residency in Ziarat, Faisal Mosque in Islamabad, Baab-e-Khyber in Pak-Afghan Border and K2. Picture couldn't do the justice but in reality, it really looked good.
We returned to home when it started getting darker and colder.
Hope you enjoyed the pictures.
