This is Hira most commonly knows as event-horizon on Steemit. I am the moderator of Pakistan's official community Steemit Pakistan and feel proud to serve it.

You must know me as the spammer who spoils your posts, always dropping comments like - resteem the post, add achievement 1, cite your images and blah blah... _{(Sorry and not sorry about that)}

Anyways, I am writing this post because, for the past two months, we have a lot of new members with us. To build a successful community, we must know each other and share strong engagement on each other's posts.

For this purpose,

I want you all to drop a comment under this post and tell us in one line about you. I know you all have made achievement 1 post but it's likely only greeters have read it. So just drop a line and introduce yourself.

For Example,

My name is Hira. I am a Computer Science graduate of the year 2014. I am married and have two beautiful sons.

Let's talk about some guidelines too...

Although all the guidelines and community rules have been shared in the pinned posts but assuming that you are reading this post, I want to remind you of some rules here as well:

1- Always, always, always drop your verified achievement 1 link under each post. Don't hide it in the lines, it should be clearly visible at the end of each post. For example:

2- If your achievement 1 is not verified, you are not eligible to participate in any contests and most likely won't get support either. So when you join Steemit, make it a priority to complete the achievement program as soon as possible.

3- When writing a post, try to write at least 300 words. Because less than that is too short. Well explained and elaborative sentences always make a good impression.

4- Write in any language you are comfortable with. But whichever language you use, there shouldn't be tons of grammar and spelling mistakes. It gives a bad impression. You can use tools like Grammarly and Google Translator for that purpose.

5- When adding images from the Internet in your posts, be very careful about its license details. Always use free images.
I want you all to read this post carefully and use the mentioned method for images. In this link, I have written about Text citation too. It's equally important.

6- Always use correct tags.

• #pakistan ( country tag is important - CRs find your posts through this tag for curation )

• Carefully type the tags mentioned in the contest rules.
• Always write the essential tags in the first five tags.
