Eid Mubarak to all my steemit family and friends.

I am so much happier ☺️ I get the chance again to write in the steemit.Today is really very special because being busy on duty it's very difficult for a doctor to cook.So today I am trying to cook after a long time.I am tryin my mother's recipe of namkeen ghost.

Without this recipe Eid is always incomplete and so in our home on the second day of Eid we always make this recipe.

Let's get started I have taken about 4 kg of mutton and wash it throughly although Qurbani ghost don't need to be wash so much so I just gently swift with water and then I have added almost 3 medium size onion in it.

I have closed the pressure cooker although it's not very hard that it takes time to cook but as on Eid we don't want to waste time and try different recipe and cook in special way. When the whistling started I noted the time for almost 18 minutes and mutton is so much soften mashallah it's fiber are automatically sperating.

Don't need to add oil in it because it's already very heavy to eat.So just simply fry it well and cook it well so that all the mutton fry well.

Then the most key ingredients of the recipe is black chili adding in the mutton. I have added about 3 teaspoon of the black chili 🌶️🌶️ in the mutton and fry it well.So that mutton taste is enhanced and cook well.

Then I added garam masala in the end and it's almost 3 teaspoon.I fried it so well.

After that cook the mutton under the low flame 🔥🔥🔥. That's how this is the final version of the mutton.
