Hey there everyone!

I hope everyone is having a great Ramadan, those who can fast and those who can’t for whatsoever reason. Ramadan is considered to be the most spiritual month of Muslims around the world and like every Muslim, I planned to come out of this Ramadan as a better Muslim and a better human being too.

This topic ‘’What if you got a chance to time travel.. Which era would it be and why?”, got me thinking a lot. I don’t think anyone here would ever say no to time travel, whichever era it may be. Similarly, my mind rushed through a list of eras I would want to travel too. Even though this idea of time travel sounds insane right now, who knows this would actually be possible in the future. Kind of want to time travel and see if its actually a thing in future

WHY NOT FUTURE?

For a time being, I thought it would be best to travel to future. You can imagine how exciting it would, learning about things about your life that are yet to come, about your family and friends and the world itself. But with excitement also comes the fact that I wouldn’t be too excited about my life then. I mean where is the fun in living a life that you’ve seen already right?

PAST, FOR SURE

So whatever era it may be, I would definitely be time travelling to past. Now being a Muslim and especially in this Holy month of Ramadan, I’ve been exploring my religion. The Holy book of Quran that was bestowed upon us for our guidance teaches us a lot about how our prophet used to live and how he spent his life. And if you are anyone like me, you must have had this thought as well,

  • “Í wish I could’ve seen all of that with my own eyes, maybe I would’ve have been a better human being and of course a better Muslim.”*

A DREAM COME TRUE

So to conclude, If I had the chance to time travel, I would definitely travel to the time of our last Prophet (PBUH). The answer to why is simply because so I can become a better human being. I have spent my entire life learning and reading about the stories of our prophet and how he lived his life. And if we could follow even a portion of what he taught us, the world, in general, would be a better place to live in.

I think, for me if I had been in that era specifically, watching the Prophet and learning from him directly, rectifying my mistakes for me would’ve been easier as compared to being in a time where following even the minimal is considered ‘too Islamic’ and you’re made fun of and looked upon with weird expressions because you said no to listening to music.

The Prophet was famous for being Sadiq and Ameen (Honest and Righteous), which is one of the major reasons we as society can’t move forward. Living in the era of World’s most honest person would teach me the principles of life and how it should be led to become successful in the life here and hereafter.

LESSON TO BE TAKEN

Even though its not in our hands to travel back in time to the Prophet's hand, what in fact is in our hand is to deeply study and follow the sunnah of Prophet in order to make better Muslims and better human beings.

Very interesting topic to write on!

It was something deep <3
I second all your thoughts they are so relatable. In today's world, every second person is a scholar, and ohh how can you forget that everyone is always ready to pass a judgment.
I would love to be there too and literally it is my dream :(

JUST LOVED IT ❤️️

Thankyou so much for your kind words
