Asslam O Alaikum and Eid Mubarak
This is Malaika and I hope you all are doing great. As this is the season of eid and we all have some traditional recipes to enjoy with our loved ones. Today, I am sharing my favourite recipe and it's worth mouth-watering. let's get to it.
*Name: Koila Dam Bihari Qeema
*Ingredients:
Qeema 1 kg
yoghurt 1/2 cup
ginger-garlic paste 1 tbsp
besan 3-4 tbsp
red mirch 2 tbsp
haldi 1/2 tbsp
powdered coriander (dhania) 2 tbsp
black pepper (mirch) 1 tsp
garam masala 1 tsp
salt (namk) 1-1/2 tsp
Onion 1
oil 1 cup
bihari kabab masala 2 tbsp
Method:
Take a bowl and add meat tenderizer ( powder available to enhance flavour) in qeema. Now add yoghurt, and ginger-garlic paste and leave for marination for 1/2 hour.
Now, fry all the dry ingredients and add in the marinated qeema, again leave for 1/2 hour.
Now, fry the thinly sliced onion in a pan till golden, add qeema in it and fry till golden brown. Take a small piece of coal and put it on a piece of brown paper. put this gently on qeema and put on the lid for 5 minutes while the flame is on.
After 5 mins, put off the lid and take out the coal gently. Serve the dish in a platter and sprinkle some fresh coriander leaves. You can also serve it with raita, naan or even with parathas.
