This is Malaika and I hope you all are fine. Today, I'm going to share a simple recipe along with a review of what I ordered.
M vacations are going on and almost I'm free so, I thought let's write about food.

I ordered this dish to see how it tasted, and It appeared like this.

• This is Nasi Lemak, a kind of Malaysian cuisine. A family friend of ours went to Malaysia and was inspired by it so He decided to make one and give it a try. As he lives far from our home so he packed it in a box otherwise, it is served in a leaf, decorated on a plate. it consists of rice boiled in coconut milk and is served with boiled eggs, roasted peanuts, mint leaves, fried smelt Anchovy fish, sambal (it's chatni sauce), and a piece of meat. You have to eat it by mixing one by one all the ingredients. So, I ate it and the taste was not that bad, it's a tropical dish we are habitual of Pakistani cuisine so it was different. I liked it, the rice and sambal tasted good altogether but I asked to skip fish because I don't like fish alt all nor do I eat it.
  The quantity was enough for me as it was too heavy for my stomach to digest. Overall, the dish was nice but it is not Pakistani weather since we have a hot climate and it's a tropical dish for a beachy climate.

Ice Cream:

Who doesn't love ice cream? It's my love. I tried making it at home and my experiment was successful!. Ah, finally I enjoyed it with my family. I made chocolate flavor cause I'm a chocolate lover.

Recipe:

I took whippy whip cream and whipped it till foamed. Next, I add condensed milk and cocoa powder and beat it well for almost 2 minutes. Then I freeze it for about 5 hours. Actually, it takes a whole day but I couldn't wait.
I took a scope out in a bowl, garnished it with condensed milk, and sprinkle some cocoa powder, all I had. you can also make any flavor, just add food color for a darker appearance. I just ran out of chocolate sauce otherwise I would have used it too.
