This is Malai Boti, which is soaked in cream for a long time and it becomes very soft, along with being soft, when it is cooked on coals, it becomes very tasty.

After chicken chopping, a lot of vegetable masala castes and other spices are added to it and it is kept for some time so that the spices get absorbed properly and it can be tasted after cooking.
