Today I am telling about different plants that is used in different food making material han other etc.So ,hope sooo you like my post and guide me.
Coriander is an herb that's commonly used to flavor international dishes. It comes from the Coriandrum sativum plant and is related to parsley, it is it's scientific name of parsley. carrots, and celery. In the United States, Coriandrum sativum seeds are called coriander, while its leaves are called cilantro.
Many people use coriander in dishes like soups and salsas, as well as Indian, Middle Eastern, and Asian meals like curries and masalas. Coriander leaves are often used whole, whereas the seeds are used dried or ground.
Spinach is a leafy green flowering plant native to central and western Asia. It is of the order Caryophyllales, family Amaranthaceae, subfamily Chenopodioideae. Its leaves are a common edible vegetable consumed either fresh, or after storage using preservation techniques by canning, freezing, or dehydration.
Spinach also contains several other vitamins and minerals, including potassium, magnesium, and vitamins B6, B9, and E. Spinach is an extremely nutrient-rich vegetable. It packs high amounts of carotenoids, vitamin C, vitamin K, folic acid, iron, and calcium
Bathua or lamb's-quarter is a leafy vegetable found during the winter months. A wild relative of the spinach plant, in India it is cooked in much the same way as spinach.English name: Lamb's quarters, Melde, Goosefoot. Scientific name: Chenopodium album L.
*A rich source of fibre and water content, bathua is also known to cure constipation due to its laxative properties, along with a host of stomach-related issues by aiding digestion and boosting intestinal activity. *Bathua is known to be a blood purifier.
