Guidance/Help Needed.

Assalam o alaikum, since the club5050 commitment has changed, I checked the difference between transfer and powerup and I have transferred more and I am behind in Steem Power.
I wanted to ask that I have that Steem in my Binance account, so can I transfer that to my steemit account and power it up?
Would that count? And by doing so, will I be eligible for club5050?
Please help.
