I Hope everyone is in good health and doing great. This is @salmanwains - Moderator of Steemit Pakistan Community.
Couple of days ago, @steemit-pak announced the duties and Responsibilities of Country Representatives and Moderatos to run the community in an efficient way so that Steemit Pakistan can become among the Top Communities on Steemit.
So, We have are having different duties and responsiblities which includes upvoting with curation account (steemit-pak), comments with curation account, Best Pick posts, Contest management posts, Promotion of Steemit, Guidining members, check plagiarism and make reports of activities.
So today, I have guided more than 30 members who are active users of Steemit Pakistan and performing already good on Steemit. But they still need improvements in some areas.
I have guided them properly and some of them already responded to follow the guidelines.

When it was my turn to handle the curation account, I read each and every post in the community on that day and found some beautiful diaries and contest participation posts. I used curation account (steemit-pak) to upvote quality posts with an equally percentage 30/50 depending upon the quality of the posts.

So On Friday, It's my duty to choose best picks of the day and post it from steemit-pak. That's why I read each and every diary post of the community from last 24 hours and made a report about the Best 3 posts of the day.
