I'm very happy to participate in this week #17 contest and want to use the avenue to congratulate the winners of last contests organized by our wonderful community which had done enough to keep us busy and educated on the happenings on the steemit.
MY FAVORITE HOBBY
In our lifetime, we are faced with numerous events and occasions which demands our times, effort, energy, money and other resources. These events are very crucial to us because it is through them that we get foods, shelter, love, money etc. These events are very demanding and it affects our relaxation or leisure time. But, to be fully healthy, one's life activities should be balanced inclusive of all these important event surrounding us throughout out lifetime.
However, To live a happy and balanced life, I have choose to spend my leisure time wisely with my favorite hobby which happens to be cycling. As my picture at the onset suggested and for the purpose of this vital contest that's the reason of this post.
CYCLING
Cycling is a very wonderful sport. It's a manual and aerobic exercise which exert great energy from the cyclers. It is an outdoor activities mainly although there are types of indoor types that are amounted on boards.
Cycling is very good because it is very helpful in keeping fit and general well-being. It is open for everyone of various ages and body types because of its low-impact activities. It is filled with fun, cheap and environmental friendly.
However, many people have adopted cycling as their part of living and have Incorporated it in their daily lives. For instance, they prefer to riding to the market, shops or School than using other means of transportation on land. Because riding will help you to get on time and very good for our health too.
IMPORTANCE OF CYCLING
Like other meaningful exercises, cycling have numerous benefits. Let me write on some of them.
Cycling improves our mental health
Since cycling makes one laugh and help to increase the circulation of blood in the body. Whenever our brains receives enough oxygen from the circulated oxygenated blood, our cognitive power improves and help us mentally. With the release of adrenalin and endorphins, cycling helps to boost our confidence and mood. It reduces worries, anxiety and fight depression as cycling keep the person busy and focused to achieved a set Target or to get the destination.
CYCLING HELPS TO BOOST OUR IMMUNE SYSTEM.
Our well-being is purely based on the level of our immunity. We have faced with numerous attacks from many pathogens that are found everywhere.
However, cycling helps to improve our breathing and respiratory activities. The free flow of oxygen and carbon dioxide in and out of our respiratory organs helps the organs associated with that and fight against cold and other virus. Cycling also improve our sleeping abilities will helps to enhance our immunity. Some basic proteins are break down to increase the activities of white blood cells which fight diseases-causing organisms.
CYCLING HELPS TO REDUCE WEIGHT.
Weight gain affects the functionality of the body's organs. It makes one much lazy and unproductive. To reduce weight have been a thorn in many people's flesh. Many have engaged in numerous means to achieve weight loss to no avail but cycling proves to be helpful on this regards because of it's ability to burn calories of the person.
CYCLING HELPS TO BUILD MUSCLE.
Cycling helps to fight fatigue and muscle-body pains. It build up the muscle and help the person to be active and can achieve more. Cycling improves one's looks as the muscle are well built up in the best morphologically and physiologically mode.
CONCLUSION
Our lives will not be complete without a good exercise. Cycling is one of the exercise that is very helpful and beneficial. Although injuries can occur but with carefulness and right equipments, injuries can be managed fully.

Wow.. it's simple and easy. Although one might fell down and injured many times at first. But, when mastered, you can do it with very easy. Learning it and becoming expert in it helps you to drive motorcycle, tricycles etc
