when people don't have enough resources of don't meet their requirements like food and other daily useable items they might steal or do other illegal activities to get what they want. this might lead to increase crime in community.

when people don't have access to get good education, healthcare and jobs, they might feel like they have no other choice but to do illegal activity. this is happening to youth who join gang and get into trouble.
