Aslamualaikum to Everyone

This is my first post here

I am a master's student at the University of Education. In this post, I will share about the annual dinner function held at the university. This function was held last night. The function was organized by the IT department at the university. All arrangements for the function were made on the university ground. Only IT department student was invited to the function. The chief guest of this function was Governor Punjab whose name is Balighur Rehman. The start time of the function was 8 pm.

I chose a black suit for the function. After getting ready, I reached the university around seven o'clock. When I reached the university, all my friends had also reached the university and were waiting for me.

According to the given time, the function started with the recitation of the Holy Quran at 8 pm. After the recitation of the Holy Quran, my classmate Muhammad Aqib recited a Naat. Soon after this, some speech contests took place.

Now the funniest time and my favorite started from here. The boys from our IT department performed a play in it. And sang some songs and danced well. I enjoyed this time a lot.

Now was the time in which our teachers, our seniors, and the chief guest shared their experiences and advised us from which we got to learn a lot. In it, our teachers told us that we should live our lives according to the way Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) told us. We should always do our own work because Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) always did his own work and we should always speak the truth because speaking the truth pleases Allah.

After that food was served which was very delicious.

With that, the time of our function was over. At the end of the program, we took pictures with our seniors and our teachers which will always remain very close to my heart.

I will always remember this day.
