My favorite fruit in summer is the orange, it is a citrus fruit and 90% of its content is water.

During the summer season (December - March) the temperature here in Peru rises to 27ºC, you cannot go out without sunscreen since the sun's rays immediately burn your skin, this fruit is a natural moisturizer and that is why I consume it in large quantities during the summer, sometimes I leave it in the refrigerator so that, when squeezing its juice, it comes out cold and refreshes much more.
>Durante la temporada de verano (diciembre – marzo) la temperatura acá en Perú llega a subir a 27ºC, no se puede salir sin protector solar ya que inmediatamente los rayos del sol te queman la piel, esta fruta es hidratante natural y es por ello que la consumo en grandes cantidades durante el verano, a veces la dejo en el refrigerador para que, al exprimir su jugo, éste salga frío y refresca mucho más.

It is very easy to get, during the summer we can get this fruit in the markets, also in the streets you will find many sellers of freshly squeezed orange juice and sellers of the fruit in cargo carts with speakers, it is a very healthy and economical fruit. .
>Es muy fácil de conseguir, durante el verano podemos conseguir esta fruta en los mercados, también en las calles se encuentra muchos vendedores de jugo de naranja recién exprimido y vendedores de la fruta en carros de carga con parlantes, es una fruta muy saludable y económica.
• Should everyone eat this fruit for health reasons?

Yes, mainly humans must consume enough water to stay hydrated and one way to hydrate is by consuming orange, this fruit is also a great source of Vitamin C and strengthens the immune system preparing us for winter, on the other hand, its content in Fiber helps us maintain good digestion, regulates cholesterol levels and increases collagen in the skin.
