Hello to steemit family
I hope you guys are doing well.
I was very excited to share my story regarding the exercise moment which I frequently do.
So starting off my favorite exercise is riding a bicycle because your whole body is connected with the flow and every part of your body moves and it's very good for physical health as well mental health.
Me and my friend started the journey in the evening with the intention of watching the sunset at a closeby bridge from where the view is beautiful and very pleasing to feel.
We often come to this place and it's one of my favorite because the place is so calm and you feel connected to nature.
We spent some time here and waited for the sunset and also along the way we bought some snacks and drinks, parked bicycles along the road, and sat nearby. we enjoyed the view while having some snacks.
After a while sunset happened and within few time darkness was all over.
The street and highway lights turned on as soon as the darkness started. Our view was uninterrupted and after spending ample time we planned to ride back.

Exercise is a very important aspect of our lives as it keeps us fit both mentally and physically.
If we exercise for only 30-45 mins every day it is very good for our health.
it will improve our immune system and will stay us away from all kinds of harmful diseases. The best about exercise is its keeps connected with nature which is very pleasing and gives a very relaxing feeling.
