but few patient do show some little symptom which are: frequent headaches, fatigue, dizziness, or nose bleeds.

You have increased my thoughts now, I sometimes feel weak and dizzy!

    not all feeling weak means that you are suffering from hypertension, some are symptoms are also signs of being over stress but to be sure of it i will advice you to visit your doctor to know your self more ok
