Today a post about my wonderful Aloe Vera plant 🌱
Found in sarcophagi and used since time immemorial by pharaohs and royal women, Aloe vera, with its rich history, is very beneficial for the skin.
A succulent plant that requires a minimal amount of water to grow, it provides myriad benefits for your skin and health.
Aloe is a medicine for diabetes, arthritis, boosts the body's immune system, and more.
Aloe is the main source of health, aloe juice evaporated to dryness, it is used as a laxative. The leaves, at least 15 cm long, are used as medicinal raw materials.
Leaves cut in the winter-spring period have more pronounced medicinal and useful properties.
Aloe juice is rich in vitamins, enzymes, acids. Aloe leaves and stem contain allantoin, natural antioxidants in the form of a complex of B vitamins, vitamins C and E, as well as beta-carotene, which is converted into vitamin A in the body.
The beneficial properties of aloe are enhanced if the plant is not watered and, after cutting, the leaves are stored in the refrigerator for 10 days.
Aloe juice is widely used in traditional medicine. It has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, choleretic, anti-burns and healing properties, improves the secretion of the digestive glands, improves appetite, increases immunity and the protective properties of the body. Strengthens the recovery processes in damaged tissues.
In folk medicine, the beneficial properties of aloe are used as a laxative, it improves the motility of the large intestine, in small doses it improves digestion and increases appetite.
🌱Here I present uses that you can give Aloe:
1. Juice for coughs with phlegm: liquefy a whole stalk with a very ripe mango and place only 2 fingers of water, it will be very gelatinous, but it is a good remedy for phlegm, besides that the aloe does not give it any extra flavor , it is not necessary to sweeten because the mango is sweet •
2. For gastric protector: chop the stalk into small squares and store in the refrigerator (it lasts less) or frizer and take a tablespoon of those squares on an empty stomach, you can do it for a month, rest and then take them again. (It is not advisable to take aloe for so long).
3. For constipation: take them in squares on an empty stomach, as explained above, and with the juice, it helps to alleviate this issue, although with the essential oil of digestzen many got the solution, aloe should not be taken for that long and there are people who do not like aloe even if it has no flavor, so I recommend it.
I know about these excellent health benefits. A few days ago I bought a few, I use their juice in the hair regularly, because it prevents hair fall.
