Hello, good morning friends of the Steem Health community, it is a pleasure for me to share with you in this community. Thanks @hmetu for the invitation to participate in this contest, thank you for organizing this contest. Well this is the first time that I share a publication in this community, the truth is that I feel very excited.

Today I am going to share with you two types of food that I really like. I love almost all types of soups, be it chicken, vegetables, fish, or lentils.

Chicken Breast Soup

I made this soup with chicken breast, dressed naturally. It has several ingredients, vegetables, among them Chinese octopus, white octopus, yucca, and ahuyama, among the dressings, it has onion, sweet pepper and garlic. It has aromatic herbs such as oregano, good grass, and coriander and spices, it has pepper, and salt to taste. I use coriander for almost every meal I prepare, I love it. This is a very easy soup to prepare, it is also very nutritious and healthy. In my country, Venezuela is one of the dishes that is consumed frequently.

This dish is very healthy, I love it, I recommend it, it is very tasty.
This preparation includes potatoes, carrots, zucchini, chili, onion, red paprika, garlic, salt to taste, coriander, pepper to taste, oregano, a little vegetable oil to fry the dressing, a little turmeric and pieces of chicken breast , previously cooked. Chicken is optional. Well, and a very important ingredient is the love that I put into cooking.

This preparation is more personal, since for some years I have changed my diet for healthier and more nutritious food. Most of the time, I cook grains, vegetables, soup, etc.
