Do you feed your mind or you are just feeding your body. Do you know the difference and the strong connection between the same. moreover if you feel that you your mental well-being is as important as your physical being. then this Post is for you. i will be sharing with you interesting facts about brain and also five specific food out of handful of few. which can literally build your mind. the most important thing one must understand is brain has a different need than body. our brain is a super computer. it is a master control center for each and every function of the body. if it is such precious thing then it is obviously protected by strong security system. so that simply not everything and anything goes into it and dysfunction. it this extremely powerful system is named as blood brain barrier. which selectively let good things in and back things out. you can think as if it is a security gate which is semi-permeable. which allows some material to cross but prevent others from crossing.so,now this is very evidential that not necessarily what you are feeding your body that will feed your brain too. brain health is more diet than destiny and i must tell you it is a strict diet. yes, jeans does play an important role. but it is a very small factor. it is more of what you are feeding it .before i start the food items one should incorporate in their diet. there is another thing which one should be consumed correctly and that is water. our mind is made up of 75 percent of water. so keeping yourself hydrated is very important. that too only warm water not hot not cold. as warm water absorbs more quickly to hydrate.
Number-01
- Brain food is fatty fish
It is good source of omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin b12. it improves the structure of brain cells called neurons. fish like salmon,mackerel ,saradine, trout and the minimum serving of being 85 to 100 gram and one should consume at minimum once per week. but if you can manage to have twice or thrice that would be wonderful. use small to medium fishes only and just avoid larger fishes like sword,yellowfin tuna, shark, to avoid higher level of metal intake in body.

- Blueberries
it contained good amount of fiber vitamin c, antioxidant and magnesium. they protect brain from toxins degeneration and stress. they have one of the highest antioxidants level of any food and can help ward off certain cancers and aging.one should eat one cup or 150 grams a day if possible. if not then twice per week is recommended.

- coconut oil is a diverse superfood the unique combination of fatty acid named. medium chain triglycides when you eat ncts they tend to go straight to the liver and turns them into ketones. potentially boost memory and cognitive function. use cold pressed coconut oil in baking or cooking recipe is a simple way to incr incorporate into one's diet.
Number-04
- broccoli it is a great source of vitamin k which is known to enhance cognitive function and improve brain power. broccoli is high in many plant components that have been associated with brain and overall health. it is also a decent source of fiber and higher in protein that most other vegetables are not. add it into your diet at least twice a week about 1 cup or 150 grams per serving.
Number-05
- Is turmeric and especially. its most active compound curcumin have many scientifically proven health benefits. curcumin can suppress many molecules known to play major roles in inflammation.it boosts level of the brain hormone bdnf which increase the growth of new neurons and fight various degenerative process in your brain.one should consume 500 to 1000 milligram of cucumber per day.minimum of three to 4 tablespoon per day.which could be hard to handle in a meal instead try to use it in various way as put it in a tea smoothie in a meal. take a milk or take capsules. cucum cumin is powerful but poorly absorbed on its own .
so, even if you are taking recommended dose you are not getting the benefits. combine turmeric with black pepper to increase two thousand percent absorption in the body. it is recommended to find a product with bio perlin the trade name of piper piperine a substance found in black pepper to enhance.
