Vegetables: Are part of plants which can either be eaten raw or cooked and play vital role in human nutrition. vegetables are mostly rich in vitamins, fiber and minerals, which are good for human health.
MY FAVOURITE VEGETABLE IS CARROT.
Carrot is a root vegetable, highly nutritious and tasty. carrot contains variety of nutrients like; potassium, manganese, vitamin A, B, C and others. carrot have variety of colors, which includes; red, white, yellow and purple.
WHY CARROT IS MY FAVOURITE VEGETABLE.
Carrot has a good taste and it is rich in food nutrient in their right proportion needed for the proper development of human body, since the health of every human depends on his or her diet.
DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CARROT AND OTHER VEGETABLES.
Every vegetable is unique, depending on their color, texture, smell, taste, shape and size. The smell, taste, size and texture of a carrot is far different from other vegetables like tomato, cabbage and others. for instance, the shape of a carrot is a chisel- like and the color can either be red, yellow, white or purple, which most vegetables has only one color like tomato.

Carrot has variety of health benefit to humans, below shows few of them;
1. Improve eye vision: due to the help of carotenoid and vitamin A, contained in carrot fight against diseases that affect the eye to result in loss or poor vision even in old age.
2. Reduce the risk of cancer with the help of antioxidant it contains.
3. The intake of carrot helps to reduce blood cholesterol.
4. It helps in healthy loss of weight, due to the calories it contain.
5. The antioxidant contained in carrot also help improve the intelligent of a person.
6. The vitamin A in carrot also help the lungs to function properly.
HOW OFTEN I EAT CARROT.
In fact, due to the nutritional value and the health benefits of carrot, i eat carrot 6 times in a week, but an interesting thing is that, it cost less amount of money to buy carrot in my locality , with an amount of $ 0.17 , you can buy 3 quantity. I take carrot after my meal about 3 to 4 quantity per day.
MY IMPRESSION AND SUGGESTION TO OTHER PEPOPLE.
I here by encourage other people who don't like to eat vegetables to start from now on wards, but most especially carrot. I didn't like when my mum started introducing it to fit in our menu and today am now the boss of carrot in my home, due to that my younger brothers and sisters named me "FATHER CARROT".
