Drinking water may cause harm if you do not know these things! I brought you the first part of the article last week and this is the second and final part.

4. Drinking water on the go

Life it pretty much hectic in this era, you do not have time to do things slowly. So, you may tend to drink water while walking, running, standing, or working out. But this can create devastation in your body.

When you drink water on the go, as in previous cases, you should probably get more water at once and that does not allow much time for digestion. So, the filtration system in the body-which are the 2 kidneys can affect by this. Also, when drinking in standing position rather than sitting down, it can cause a kink in the digestion system and probably mains in joints and muscles can occur as the muscles are not relaxed while standing up. So, it is better to drink water at relax, at least 5 minutes in sitting would be better than drinking at on-the-go.

5. Drinking water at the end of your morning routine

Sometimes we tend to drink water at the end of our morning routine like wake up, wash face, breakfast, and drink water. But that routine may lose some valuable opportunities to increase the health. It is better to drink a glass of water right after you wake up as once you wake up, your mouth is full of saliva bacteria which helps digestion a lot. So, if you brush teeth all the saliva would not go into stomach. And by having a glass of water right next to the bed, you can drink a sip or two right after waking up and whole day would be energetic as well.

6. Skipping a glass of water before bed.

Most people do not drink water before going to bed as they would need to pee in the middle of the night, and it is really annoying. It is fair enough but the benefits of drinking a glass of water would be much greater. Water and other fluids can aid in the prevention of fatal coronary heart diseases and drinking a 5/6 glasses of water a day and one before going to bed would increase the probability of not getting a heart attack or stroke.

Always drink water if you are thirsty but do not force yourself to drink if not. Have a long life!

I was totally ignorant of the fact that drinking water on the go can be harmful to health. guess I should try to get rid of that my old habit.

As a commercial speaker and specialist in phonology, the recommendation is that before starting to speak we should drink a glass of water (not cold) at the same time to lubricate our vocal cords and be able to start speaking without suffering from some problems associated with the production of speech sounds.

Ooh yeah I've seen people do that. I've heard they prefer slightly hot water too.

It is an unfortunate fact that I have found that most people drink water while walking or while doing other work. Yes, it is increasing day by day because many people do not care about this issue.
