Zwar hat es in einigen Teilen letztlich immer wieder geregnet aber die Mengen haben auch dort nur die oberen Bodenschichten erreicht.
Bäume z.B. sind wesentlich tiefer verwurzelt und können kaum davon profitieren.

Deshalb ist jetzt die Politik gefragt???
