This is a homemade Pizza, taken from the oven directly to the dish. In my hometown we have influences from Italian gastronomy because this place was once considered the second Italian immigrant concentration in Venezuela.
And here it is, for your visual Joy. For the topping I used mozzarella, turkey ham, garlic, parsley, black pepper, onions and of course tomatoes. The sauce was a little bit spicy because that's how I like it. That's why I used pepperoncini, an Italian red pepper. All this pictures were taken with my phone's integrated camera at my homeplace.
