How are you all. Eid mubarak to all of you. Today i,m going to participate food contest.i love to eat food and also i love to cook food. Today is a last day of Ramadan. So last Ramadan i will cook potato chop. Potato chop was very crispy and spicy. I like spicy food. Now i will show my cooking process

Potato chop

Ingredients

1.Potato-3 piece
2.Pea-flour -1/2 tea cup
3.Salt- 1 tbsp
4.Cumin powder-1 tbsp
5.Red chilli powder -1 tbsp
6.Oil
7.chop green chillie

How to make potato chop

Step-1

First i will boil 3 potato. Then keep it in a bowl. Now mashed it and keep it in a bowl.

step-2

Take a pot and give 1/2 cup of pea-flour into the bowl. Then i,m going to pour some water. Stir it with spoon.

Make the batter deep. Now mixed 1/2 tbsp salt. Stir it.

Next give 1 tbsp red chilli powder and mixed it.

Last i will mixed 1 tbsp cumin powder and stir it with spoon.mixed it properly and stir it for sometime.

Step-3

Take mashed potato and give some chop green chillies and 1/2 tbsp salt. Then again mashed it.

Step-4

Now take little bit mashed Potato and shape it with hand. Make the shape of potato chop was Flat and round.

Step-5

Now dipped it in the batter that i mixed it in a bowl. One bye one dipped all the Flat and round shape mashed potato.

step-6

Take a pan into the stove and give some oil into the pan. When the oil was become hot. Give all the dipped mashed potato into the pan. Fry it into the pan. When the color was become brown then take off from stove. Keep it in a plate.
