Panam Nagar City is located at Mograpara Point, about 2.5 km north of the Dhaka-Chittagong Highway. Panam is only 0.5 km away from Sonargaon Folk Art Museum. Panama City is one of the few interesting places in the last quarter of the thirteenth century.
During the Mughal rule, Sonargaon and Panam were transformed into new roads and connections. Note that the Mughal period was the most critical period for all regions of the subcontinent. However, even in this situation, many development works and improvements were made in the life of the city dwellers during the Mughal rule.

Panamnagar, a one-of-a-kind town, extends on a secluded road 5 m wide and 600 m long on the common road. Each structure has the character of a house in front of an urban street and is arranged on either side of this street which leads to Panam Bazaar. There are 52 houses in bad weather and neglected, of which 31 are on the north side of the road and 21 on the south side. Panamnagar gives the impression of being ensured by the forged waterways around it. The two truly wide trenches run parallel to the road on both sides and are connected to the west by a hard waterway over which the passageway connects (Panamnagar Bridge). To the east, the ditch on the south turns to the right and leads to the eastbound junction of the north-south road that runs through Panam Bazaar.
