Hello!!
My dear friends!
This is @md-raju from #Bangladesh 🇧🇩
Bangladesh is a riverine country. About 1300 rivers flow over the chest of this country. On the other hand, paddy is a major crop of Bangladesh. Because rice is the main food for the people of Bangladesh. Today I will highlight the relationship between paddy and river through ten images. You can see in these pictures how beautifully the farmers are planting paddy in the bends of the river. Thanks in advance to everyone for being with me.keep seeing......
Pic-1.
In this picture you can see two people wearing lungi bending down and picking up something from the paddy field.
These paddy have been planted a few days ago. Some weeds are growing in this paddy field. So the farmers are removing the weeds from their land in advance.
Pic-2.
Paddy land has to be parallel. Otherwise water accumulates from one end to the other. So the farmers divide their land into small parts. And keeps the parts perfectly parallel.
In this picture you can see 2 farmers dividing their land into small parts. That is why they are giving devider in the middle of the land with soil.
Pic-3.
In this picture you can see 2 farmers taking soil from high place to low place. Thus they are equalizing their land.
The land has been leveled and paddy seedlings will be planted in this land
Pic-4.
In this picture you can see the rice seedlings in the middle of the planted paddy.
A teenager is picking rice seedlings. These rice seedlings will be replanted in the land.
Pic-5.
When the rice seedlings are now picked from the land, they are intercepted hand in hand.
After obstruction, they have to be washed nicely with water so that all the soil falls from the roots of the seedlings.
Pic-6.
When the soils are separated from the roots, they are then neatly tied to a load and carried to the ground.
In this picture you can see a farmer holding a load of seedlings. He will now carry these on his head to his land.
Pic-7.
In this picture you see a farmer in a wet lungi walking with a load on his head and a spade on his shoulder.
Now he will go to his paddy field and plant the saplings he is carrying on his head.
Pic-8.
In this picture you can see farmers planting paddy along the river. And a machine has been set up. When the paddy water dries up, the paddy land is irrigated with this machine.
You can see the earthen ditch at the very top of the machine, through which water flows to the paddy ground.
Pic-9.
In this picture you can see a colorful boat tied to the river bank just below the paddy fields. The length of the boat is about 110 feet. Different types of competitions are given with this boat. This boat is made for boating.
The boat is now tied to the dock during the winter. When the water comes back to the river in the rainy season, people will go to the boat race with it.
Pic-10.
During the winter, the river water almost dries up. At this time the river became closed. And the river dries up. Then the boat is no longer needed. So the boatmen put their boats under the water. If you put the boat in the water, the boat stays good.
In this picture you can see a boat submerged in water.
