• The pond you can see in the picture above is a very ancient and very famous pond near Khoksa railway. Many species of fish including horn fish and catfish are farmed in this pond.

• This is Khoksa railway station. In our Kushtia district,there are total 5 big station. This is one of them. This is also the first railroad in our country.

• This is railroad. There are two Broadgauge rail passing through. One is main road and another is for rough use.

• On Saturday, many first food sellers set up their fast-food stall beside railroad. There food stall are temporary.

• You can see two tall towers in the picture above. One of these towers is Grameen Phone Tower and the other is Banglalink Tower. Just below the tower is Sonali Bank.Sonali Bank is the main commercial bank of our country.

• This banyan tree is known as Samashpur banyan tree by our Khoksa people.Two to three tea shops have sprung up around this banyan tree, all located around the banyan tree.

• The only active government hospital in our upazila is Khoksa Hospital. It has 50 seats and can treat 50 patients at a time..If our Khoksa people are sick, they are treated at this hospital in the initial stage.

• This is our Upazila Parishad.All the important government works of the upazila start from here.Large upazila level offices are located here such as social welfare education and administrative head office.

• You can see several fruit shops along the highway of our upazila.When we need more fruits, we go to the upazila and buy fruits.The fruits in these shops include apples, oranges, pineapples, grapes, etc.

• This highway passing by Khoksa is connected to our capital Dhaka. We use this highway if we go from one district to another.
