The main character of the movie is a medical student named Dipti and a university student named Nasir. Dipti and Nasir first met at the launch. The two of them were returning home. There they liked each other a little. Then they met again in a drama rehearsal. There Nasir arranged to do a stage play. They decided to do a stage play based on the story of the book. Written by dinbondhu Mitra, the name of the book is "Nildarpan". Dipti's role in that play was "Khetromoni". Nasir and Dipti fell in love with each other while rehearsing the play.A new police officer came to their village. He was a man of very bad character. That officer did not like Bengali language or Bengali people at all.The police officer hired a cleric from the village to teach Urdu to everyone and declared that no one could speak Bengali. Even the police officer raped the daughter of the sweeper on the police station. On the other hand, Nasir and Dipti could not accept this. So Nasir's group used to frighten Maulvi at night and they urinate in the police officer's liquor bottle . write Bengali songs or various Bengali poems on the wall of the police station. One day they were caught and killed Nasir's younger brother. The sweeper's daughter committed suicide one day. That's why the sweeper gets very angry. Then Nasir ,sweeper and all went out to protest together. Their slogan was "I want Bangla as the state language". Then everyone killed the police officer. This is how the film ends.

First of all i want to say that, This movie is a beautiful mix of history and fiction.Every single person involved in this film worked very very cooperatively.
This movie of Tawkir Ahmed is one of my favorite movies.In this film, the language movement of our country is beautifully portrayed. First of all, I will say that I like actress Tisha very much. I like every role of her plays. Then I will say, I have seen most of the plays of actor Siam. There is nothing new to say about abul hayat Sir. He is one of the best actor of Bangladesh. In the end I will say that you must watch the movie. Everyone will like it very much. And I did not give the full spoiler of the movie, so it will be good to see you.
