DEFINITION OF AIM

Aim directs to such thing where you want to target at. Your target should be precise. You shouldn't be refrained from the target. You should be focused on that. Nothing can hamper your concentration.

MY AIM IN LIFE

Everyone has their own adherence and aim in his/her life. So I'm not different from others. I have also my own fancy and aim in my life. My aim/After in life is to be a successful banker. When I successfully appeared my higher secondary, I made up my mind that, I would work hard to join the banking profession.

So to do that, I choose the Bachelor of Business Administration(BBA) as my honours degree. Because candidates from BBA has much knowledge than the knowledge of others backgrounds candidates. BBA degree holder people can easily cope up with the banking environment. But he/she has to be well enough capable to perform the banking job. Nothing is so much easy in that sector. Because proper maintaining of accounts is the main objective of the banking job.

ADVANTAGES OF BANKING PROFESSION

In the banking profession, there are so many advantages. But I am figuring out a few advantages among them

Salary and other benefits : Salary and benefits facilities in the bank is very much competitive than other sectors. There is a huge amount of monetary facilities in the banking sectors.
Great Career opportunities: There is so much career opportunities in that sectors. After doing work and gaining a few years experience from a position, anyone can apply for higher position on the other banks.
Training facility : There is training facilities in every banks. After joining a bank, the authority trains a candidate enough to perform the duty.
Respect and Prestige: Banking is a more secured job than the other profession. So all the people in the society always respect them. This profession is always honourable than others.

WHY I CHOOSE THAT PROFESSION & WHAT CAN BE THE BENIFIT TO THE SOCIETY?

Everyone knows that, banking is a nobel profession. It has social values and respects. It is a socially recognised occupation. In that profession arena anyone can gain much knowledge about proper handling of money.

Daily a vast amount of money is circulated in a bank . So it is a very dodgy obligation to perform one's job in the bank. But I want to ponder some major points, why choose that profession, and they are

I can learn a vast knowledge on financial sector and it will help me to contribute a proper economy system for the country.
This profession can teach about performing of one's responsibilities.
In this sector, I can perform my job to do give a superior services to the customers.
Banking sector doesn't only deal with money, they also work for the welfare of the country.
Some banks do CSR(Corporate Social Responsibilities) for the betterment of the society along with the country.
