  • I am making beautiful recipes with great care. Let's see the activities of my recipe. How I worked on my recipe.

★Roller flour
★Water
★Sugar.
★ Salt.
★ Oil
★Kalojira
★ Pan

  • Now let's see the steps of the recipe making process.

  • First we will take the roller flour in a clean container. Then we will take the amount of black cumin, sugar, salt and oil.

  • The amount of black cumin, sugar, salt and oil has been taken inside the roller flour. You can take ghee instead of oil here but I have taken oil here.This time we will keep stirring the flour well. Because if we keep stirring well, the cake becomes very crispy. I have mixed the flour well.

  • Now spread the flour well with the same amount of water so that it is suitable for making my cake.

  • I put a piece of flour on top of the flour and rolled it into three rounds. Then I made the flour a little bigger with a balloon on the back. Then I cut the design beautifully with a knife. Then I continued to make the design pita by hand.

  • I first put a clean ring on the stove. Then after the ring got hot I poured the same amount of oil on the ring.

  • You have to see if the oil is hot on the top of the pan. Then I slowly started to put the cake one by one on the hot pan oil.

  • I keep stirring the cakes on the hot oil with a fork. Gradually the cakes turn red. But the cakes have to be stirred with a fork. Otherwise, the cakes will be more on one side.

  • Nakshi cakes have to be shaken well. Look, the cakes have turned red well. My cakes are done. Now I will remove the design cakes with a pickaxe. But you have to squeeze the oil in the cakes well.

  • You can see that my hand-made nakshi pitha has been made. The cakes are very nice to look at. And the cakes are very tasty and crispy to eat.
