🏏I will discuss today about 1992 Cricket World Cup.The fifth Cricket World Cup was jointly hosted by Australia and New Zealand in 1992. As the Benson & Hedges Cigarette Company of Australia sponsors the fifth Cricket World Cup, this year's competition is named the Benson & Hedges Cup.🏏
In the semi-finals, Pakistan defeated New Zealand and England defeated South Africa. In the final, Pakistan defeated England to become the champions.🏆
Nine countries participated in this World Cup. England Australia West Indies New Zealand India Pakistan Sri Lanka Zimbabwe and South Africa. This is South Africa's first participation in the World Cup. New Zealand won seven matches in a row in this World Cup.
New Zealand's Martin Crew top-scored with 456 runs and Pakistan's Wasim Akram top-scored with 18 wickets. Controversial rain laws have caused many beautiful games to die.🏏
