As a Bengali, I have the opportunity to share Bengali recipes in the @steem-bangladesh community, it is really a blessing for me.That is why I pay my deep respects to the @steem-bangladesh community and every leader.
Today I have brought among you a delicious fried jhuri of rui fish as a Bengali food through food contest.This is a very tasty dish that you will be able to make very easily through this recipe. And we Bengalis are always attracted to delicious food.And we use different methods to make the food delicious and enjoyable. Then see how I am frying rui fish jhuri as a delicious Bengali food.
Suitable ingredients for frying jhuuri of rui fish:

1 kg rui fish
â
Two medium potatoes
â
1 cup chopped onion,
â
2 tablespoons garlic paste
â
Two to three green peppers
â
Half part capsicum
â
1 tablespoon cumin paste
â
1 tablespoon ginger paste
â
1 bay leaf and black fenugreek
â
1 white and black cardamom
Rui fish jhuri fried cooking method:
Step -1
First I cut the rui fish into small piecesđ
Step-2
I have lightly fried the small pieces of fish with salt and turmeric and dried chilli powderđ
Step-3
Two potatoes have been chopped and cutđ
Step-4
I put it in a frying pan and put onion, garlic and chilli powder in it with cooking oilđ
Step-5
After frying lightly, I added ginger and cumin paste, white and black cardamomđ
Step-6
Then I turned them brown and gave them the actually cut potatoesđ
Step-7
Now I have given enough salt and turmericđ
Step-8
Then I mixed all the ingredientsđ
Step-9
When the potatoes are lightly cooked, I have actually given the small parts of the previously fried fishđ
Step-10
I put them all together and gave them a little water to boilđ
Step-11
Cook over medium heat for 10 - 15 minutesđ
Step-12
Will be ready to eat after 10 to 15 minutesđ

In this way, I easily completed this Bengali dish to eat properlyđ
