Dali and kula carved with bamboo cane

The picture shows Dali and Kulak carved with some bamboo canes on the side of the road. Some people in our village do these intensive crafts with bamboo cane.

Coconut

This tree is a coconut tree. The growth of this tree is very late. The fruit of this tree is very sweet. This tree lives for many years.

Autorickshaw

The name of this car is autorickshaw. This car runs on a charged battery. Once charged, the car runs for 14 hours.

Bridge

This bridge is located to the north of us on the river Karatoya. This bridge has divided our Parbatipur police station. This bridge is the only means of communication between our two areas.

Eidgah Field

This is our Eidgah ground. Everyone in our village prays on the day of Eid. This ground is located on the north side of our village.

Irrigation Pump

This pump is an irrigation pump. With the help of this pump, the farmers take water from the river and irrigate the land.

Karatoya River

This river is Karatoya river. This river flows past our village. This river used to be very big but in the evolution of time it has become much smaller now.

The little boy is fishing in the river with a spear. Seeing the boy reminds me of my childhood memories.

The man is a shoemaker by profession. He repairs the torn shoes for 5 rupees.

The man is sitting to sell meat. He sells meat twice a week on Sundays and Wednesdays.
