Steem Bangladesh is grateful to all the delegators. Many have delegated to our community. Some more, some less. We would give each delegate a rewards at the end of the week. But we are changing some of that delegation rewards. I will show you what we have changed.
We used to give 3 steem rewards per 1000 sp before. But now we will launch a new system.

Those who have delegated 1 steem to 2000 steem. We will give them 1 steem rewards from now on. For example if you do 100 sp delegation then you get 0.05 steem per week. If you do 2000 sp delegation, you will get 1 steem per week.

hey @steem-bangladesh Why is there such a large difference in delegation between 100sp and 10000sp? Whoever delegated 10,000 sp will receive 0.3 steem per 100 sp. However, 100sp delegates will receive 0.05, which equates to 0.25 steem less? Why should you guys be on an equal footing with everyone? It's not about one's involvement, after all. Many other people's contributions are also included. Those who assign 10 sp have the right to earn an equal payment. You already receive a substantial sum from their delegations. As a result, give them all the same incentive.
