African tea and bread 🥪 is what I love most having for my breakfast. This really helps to warm up my stomach since sometimes it can be very cold and also it's easier to be prepared so it doesn't make late for work. In order to make it more sweet, I like having bread served with either omelet or with honey. 😋 😋 Honey is among those items that will never miss in my refrigerator because it's beneficial to human bodies.

In the above photo, that's cooked Matooke with beans!! I had this nice food this week from one of our local restaurants in town called New Express Restaurant. This food is super nice reach in vitamins and proteins. Guess what, this is the cheapest food in my country (🇺🇬). Each single plate goes up to 3500 shillings which is approximately One US dollar

If you want to come with out with a sweet and heavy bean soup, you can use the following ingredients.

  • Fresh beans
  • Tomatoes.
  • Onions.
  • Green peppers.
  • Carrots.
  • Egg plants.
  • Oil or Ghee.
  • Garlic.
  • Salt.

The beans are boiled with water first and then fried with the above mentioned ingredients. Trust me the taste will be just a beautiful one 😋 😋

Regards to you all
