Delicious African street food

Hello everyone,and how are you doing today my name is Victor nduka, and am here to tell you about a delicious street food in my country Nigeria.

This street food is made of plantain, yam, fish, uba, potato (in some cases ) and a suace or stew. This meal is locally called bole

It is usually roasted on a charcoal heater until it's ready for consumption it is usually delicious after it's been prepared and it's a very demanding meal in my street.
