.the fool is proud of... I'm not sure if this saying exists in the English language, but it is a very good example for certain acts that we can see all around us... We are living in a weird world where some real values are ridiculized and it looks like we are living in some "reversed world", or better said that we have two different worlds existing at the same time... One is the truth and the real one, and the other one is what is served to us as a real-life theater...
You have a beautiful and powerful blockchain/crypto technology and a world full of potentials that can empower people through using it... No middle-man, no huge fees, no slavery, no devaluating of money... The naked and powerful truth that can serve anyone and help the whole society...
On the other side, we have all the opposite... Big data companies, huge banks, keeping wealth in their hands, and by saying wealth, I don't think only on money, but also on our privacy, our freedoms... Keeping people enslaved in debts, giving just breadcrumbs and worthless paper that they can print whenever they need it... Promoting wrong ideals and ideas, poisoning our minds from early days... Teaching us to act as headless animals, doing things that they trigger...
The worst thing is when you notice that kind of stuff reading/watching posts here on the blockchain... Seeing people acting just like that, or better said, in the same way as in the Matrix... predictable... Jumping from one thing to another, keeping the focus for just 2-3 days, or 2-3 hours... To make this post closer, I'm thinking about these FOMO and FUD stuff... You have a new shiny thing lets all jump there and buy shit-tons of that and we will be rich in 3 days... When that goes down the drain, let's jump on another one and do the same... and the same... chasing the money... gambling...
Don't forget about one thing... in most of the cases... When you hear about a certain project, you are already late... If it's on the top, just skip that, and research for another one... Find it before others...
I had an interesting conversation with my son a few days before... He started with an interest in "investing" in stuff, which was a pleasant surprise coming from a teenager... And he said that he will invest in something safe, something promising... Invest in the TV Series "Squid Game"... Yes, it's a childish thing, but coming from a child is OK... But... It's a perfect example for the previous paragraph...
