Hello friends,
During my recent science graduation program I had to make an electronic circuit since 'electronics' was the special subject I had chosen. We had to prepare a 2030 voice amplifier circuit, duly assembled and tested with good voice quality.
The TDA 2030A is a microcircuit designed to perform the functions of an analog single-channel Hi-Fi amplifier with power of 18 W (or up to 35 W). Provides a signal / noise ratio of 106 dB. Equipped with a built-in thermal protection (it triggers when heated to over 145 ° C).
So we started with printed circuit board (PCB) got it made according to our circuit diagram as follows.
All the components were brought along with the controller IC to assemble the PCB.
The PCB was duly assembled as per the components printed on it with wires attached to the input and output sockets.
The quality of sound was not good initially with lot of noices. The input AC voltage was adjusted till we got a decent sound from the speaker.
The project was successful and I was really proud to have a first experience of electronics components and circuit. Although It took many efforts to make it working after eliminating a lot of errors we made during the assembly procedure. This is best science project ever I have done.
Nice project .

I’m sure that was a great project. I don’t really understand much of what I just read😅 but that’s probably because it’s a little in-depth physics and I only have physics basics. I really like how you went about explaining it though. Good job
