Today I wanted to reflect with you on a simple concept that is often used in what I call "anti-cancer".
On the web, these grains are sold as "anti-carcinogenic". The EFSA (European Food and Safety Authority) has analysed the risks inherent in the consumption of these seeds and has come to the following conclusion: "consuming more than three raw apricot seeds, or half of a large seed at a time may exceed the safety limit.

Young children who consume even one small apricot seed run the risk of exceeding the safety limit". In fact, they contain "amygdalin" which, once ingested and through an enzymatic reaction, degrades to produce other substances, including cyanuric acid (cyanide).

Cyanide is highly toxic even in small doses. We could give other examples like this. So be careful: on the Internet we now find information from unreliable sources. Beware of artificial and synthetic products, of course, but also of so-called "natural" products that can potentially harm us. Always ask who is competent. See you soon 🌱.
