Metaverse Of Microsoft !

Microsoft is joining the race of building metaverses inside their popular Microsoft Teams application. its more like Facebook but technically a little bit different way. Microsoft is bringing the collaborative platform for virtual experiences, Mesh, directly into Microsoft Teams in order to prepare for the upcoming year. Mesh will allow users to create virtual simulations from their office or home by gathering teams of up to 32 or more participants and co-workers into a shared space. Mixed reality and meetings are becoming more common as companies look for more innovative ways to connect and collaborate. A part of this movement is the introduction of animated avatars that allow anyone to participate in a meeting regardless of physical location, thus cutting down on travel time.

Its interesting to see Microsoft bringing this feature to Microsoft teams via the Mesh platform as the application is geared towards delivering enhanced real time collaboration capabilities.

This will prove to be a huge technological step forward in team building and to date this is Microsoft's first use of mesh technology in Microsoft teams. Microsoft intends to expand on their presence in collaboration spaces such as Office 365 and Teams by using mesh technology which allows for shared experiences inside virtual collaborative workspaces.

Microsoft 'MESH'

Microsoft already announced a new tool that will allow anyone to hold meetings and conference calls with their friends, family and colleagues and speak in a 3D virtual world.

The tool, which is called the Microsoft Holographic Avatars Project Which is also known as 'MESH' will use the Windows Mixed Reality platform to allow users to wear a VR headset and speak via their voice. The team behind this new project is also working to integrate the project with Skype so that all voice conversations are also happening in 3D.

Actually you can use it without VR headset. Microsoft Teams will soon release new 3D avatars which will help them create a more immersive environment for their users. This is a step towards the metaverse, and you won't even have to put on a headset to utilize this feature. Virtually, avatars can be created for you virtually, representing your physical appearance in 2D and 3D meetings. You can also choose to have an animated version of yourself if you don’t think you feel like turning on your webcam.

Microsoft Teams Integration

Microsoft's most recent service, Microsoft Teams, is a feature on their mixed-reality service for various tasks. It allows people in different physical locations to join in on shared and collaborative holographic experiences. In addition to this, the productivity tools that Microsoft Teams provides allow for a team to work efficiently together in order to succeed, ultimately leading to more success.

Microsoft has been hard at work trying to improve the quality of their services and develop AI so that it can accurately transcribe your voice, not only improving their current product, but also other products in the future. With the option to raise your hand, take emojis, and more in 3D meetings, you will be able to reach a higher level of engagement with other participants.

Microsoft sees this implementation of Mesh as being their most useful that they're currently offering. The immersive spaces allow businesses to establish themselves on a mixed physical & virtual platform. Microsoft is planning to focus their Teams on collaboration in the near future. With games, file sharing, and Microsoft applications like Project management, people will be able to make new connections with other teammates and share tasks in a more productive way.

Far & Near

Mesh for Teams is designed to make online meetings more personal and engaging, which is why it's the perfect solution for mixed-reality makers & fans. A writer's metaverse lets them explore the world and realistically create whatever they can imagine. Some users even devise different scenarios for their favourite characters. Imagine a future where the web evolves from a place where content is centrally curated and limited, to one where everyone can have their own personal virtual presence anywhere.

The first step many Mesh for Teams users will take will probably be to join a regular standard Teams meeting so they can customize their avatar by uploading a picture or video. With the introduction of mesh for Teams, organizations can design immersive spaces that allow for avatars to mix and mingle with others and experience serendipitous encounters that spark innovation.

The Brand New AVATAR

Avatars are an important part of the metaverse that will be created by Microsoft Teams. It allows for users to enter their customized virtual bodies in a shared space and interact with others, thus increasing the level of engagement and collaboration.
