Hi, @steem-agora.

Many great people have said that you should appreciate failure and keep going. I liked the expression attributed to Bruce Lee:

To be afraid to fail is not defeat, but insignificant goals are a crime. In great aspirations, it is glorious even to experience failure.

As for how we can interact more effectively in Steemit, I myself am thinking about this question, thanks for bringing it up and sharing your thoughts and experiences.
